It's been about 20 years since I had hair loss, and about 10 years ago in Korea, I transplanted about 1,000 hair follicles into the anterior and m-shape by incision, but it didn't have much effect, and I've used Profesia, but the side effects were not easy, so I stopped and I've been acquiring various knowledge through mass hair..
As you can see in the picture, I have a lot of back hair density, curly quality, and bad quality. I've been almost giving up on the back of my hair alone, but after asking through e-mail about Mikelan's recommendation for non-intersecting and beard transplantation in Korea, I got a reply saying I could follow it to some extent if I wore a beard, so I booked a surgery date and went to Seoul.
The examination revealed that you need at least 7000 hair follicles to properly mix your beard and back hair for two days, and cover it overall. So, you suggested two transplant methods. One is to plant about 4,000 hair follicles in high density for two days from the front to the middle, to the top of the head without focusing, and then to boldly strengthen the density a year later, so we decided to choose the latter of the two methods.
As you can see in the picture, it was planted to spread to the top of the head rather than to make it high-density.

I was really satisfied with the whole process from the first consultation to the surgery.When I was on the tour, the first hospital was Modaol, and Director Mo Young-hee was kind and quick to explain a lot of things, so even after the tour, I decided to operate in Modaol Hair Transplant, which I originally thought was the first priority. I had a hair transplant on August 27th. It's already been two weeks because time goes by so fast. I went to the hospital yesterday and checked the progress of the second week. The director looked at it and told me that it is time for the dark age to begin, and I will come back after I fall out, so don't be too anxious. They said you can think of it as a process of losing your hair.
I filled in the M-shape a little and transplanted it around the front and top of the head. A total of 4,000mo was held. When I consulted again, the director recommended that it was the most natural to look at my head and hair style, so I trusted and left it to him.
I was so nervous when I entered the operating room, but I had a stinging feeling when the injection came in, and other than that, I was fine. The anesthesia was done properly, so there was no pain after that. The process of collecting and transplanting followed, about 5 hours? 6 hours?I think I was in the hospital.
I usually cut my hair short and wear a hat often, so I thought about it and proceeded with a non-cut shaved head. The director did everything from collection to transplantation, and I felt that he was meticulous while watching.
After the surgery, he prescribed the medicine and emphasized that you should avoid alcohol and cigarettes for at least two weeks.
