As I read the story...
I feel really frustrated, so I'll say something.
There is no product that cannot prevent 100% hair loss.
That's for sure.

However, there's something people don't know.
No matter how excellent the medicine is and even a doctor can save a person who has already died.
Same thing.
Hair also has life.
No matter how excellent the product is, it cannot prevent hair that is already dead and falls out.

And, it doesn't come out well unless you force your hair to pull or irritate it.
I certainly don't remember the figures, but the strength of each hair is great.
In other words
Many of the hair you see is already dead.
It's not because I brush or wash my hair, but it's already dead
It falls out when you wash it or brush it.

Also, let me give you one metaphor.
It's when people have a stomachache.
If you go to the pharmacy or the hospital and ask for medicine because you have a stomachache
The doctor/pharmacist saw what kind of symptoms were causing it
It will be prescribed.
You might have a stomachache because you overeat,
It could be appendicitis
It may be food poisoning because I ate spoiled food.
All symptoms seem to be that your stomach hurts, but the cause is different.

Well, I don't think so.

The opposite would be true.
I think people only think too extreme...
