I'm a 26-year-old office worker.
Currently, I have been eating the pork cutlet here once a day for two months with three spoons of low-fat milk.
But I was trying to control my weight by exercising.
I've been working out for 9 months, and I've added some muscles and lost some weight.
However, since I started eating pork, my fat has not decreased at all.
I saw down there that black sesame makes me gain weight.. (crying);
And on days when I run 8-10 km as a running machine (I run intensively for about a week a month), my head looks weak.
We have a weak M shape right now.
Is there a way to effectively reduce body fat and gain it..?
