I've been on natural therapy for a month.
Well... It's been a month since the natural therapy, but I feel like my hair has gotten thicker.
And it smells fishy...
There are a lot of ways to make it with milk on the website
I'm sure some people don't really like milk or body type.
I also put it in white milk at first, but I think it's a little greasy. (I don't like milk very much)
So I went from white milk to strawberry milk and banana milk.
It tastes better than white milk. But banana milk is a bit expensive
And I heard that green tea is also good, so I tried it with green tea. It tastes a bit...
But most of all, I think it's neat.
Each person has something to drink that they like and dislike, so try several ways.
