It's shaking
Even if I don't, I'm worried because I have a lot of hair, but I ate 3-4 cans a week for about two weeks when I liked tuna cans (I eat them without missing them if I have a chance, but I think there is a clear causal relationship between the two to three months before and after I eat tuna cans frequently. It's been about three months since I felt like my eyes fell out while I was thin, but now I feel thin when I touch my hair with my hands.

For your information, as an office worker, I don't smoke at all, and I've been drinking very little for nearly three years. I rarely eat instant food and somehow make ramen, but as a ramen lover, I don't understand why ramen is bad whenever people say it's not good.
