I think it's been about a year and a half since the hair loss started. Of course, I think it was going slowly before that, but suddenly it was very stressful at the beginning of last year (2002) and then it went very fast. It's an M-shaped one, and the top of the head was falling out a lot. Originally, I wasn't worried because I had too much hair, but moreover, I didn't have baldness in my house (both my parents and mother's) and I wasn't worried when I started to fall out at first, but this happened before I knew it. I did some research while looking for domestic and foreign websites for three months because I thought I couldn't do it at this rate. I've done all of the bulletin boards and discus forum while reading, and I've come to my own conclusions and I'd like to share these.
1).Background I'm currently in a Ph.D. program in the U.S. and came in the fall of 1999, so I've been there for three and a half years.
In the background of my hair loss, I think irregular meals (about 2 meals a day)...I can't be bothered to cook because I live alone) + bad junk food (hamburger, ramen, etc..Something simple to eat) +stress +irregular life (sleeping late and waking up late) +genetic effects? (I don't know) +smoke (about a pack a day)? I think it's something like that. Most of them have been experienced in the United States. When I was in Korea, I went to school at home and ate meals that my parents cooked for me. (I was happy then.) I thought I was stressed out in Korea, but compared to what I got here as a Ph.D., I think I slept well and woke up properly. I think hair loss started even before 2001 (Sometimes when I go to Korea, my friends say I lost some hair, but I didn't notice...I didn't notice because I didn't notice it. In 2001, both foreheads gradually fell out, and the hairline became M-shaped. Still, it was covered to some extent with the head, so I didn't pay too much attention. I lost a lot of my hair in early 2002 under a lot of stress. When I take a shower, the water doesn't go down because the water holes fall out to the point where it gets clogged. I think about 200-300 would have been missing. Now that I think about it..(I didn't count at the time..I'm so distracted by the stress..) I think my hair loss has been delayed to some extent (about 20-40 a day) after my own regimen at the moment, and I'm trying to improve it.
2).Therapy(?) therapy. From my experience, hair loss doesn't mean you just have to focus on one thing. Shouldn't all treatment methods be combined together to create one synergy to maximize the effect? If you look at some of the methods currently used to prevent or treat hair loss, there are four main categories on mass sites: black bean natural therapy/shampoo, tonic/propecia, prosca, and dutta/minoxidil. Propecia, Proscar, Dutasteroid, etc. are DHT blockers that are already used to treat many hair loss (Dutta is not used to treat hair loss), but minoxidil is used as a hair growth promoter, and shampoo and tonic are each talkative (which one is good, which one is not)..etc.) Black bean therapy is approached from the oriental medicine side, and I know it is talked about hair loss treatment through strengthening the function of the kidneys. I've divided this up again in my own way.
-Bodywork Improvement - Internal DHT blocker - Internal DHT blocker - External DHT blocker - mainly shampoo and tonic - Growth simulant - Other 3. Bodywork Improvement: Black bean therapy basically focuses on balancing the body. By activating the functions of proteins and kidneys that were lacking, the whole body is fertilized with soil so that the head can grow well, so to speak, so that the crop can grow well. If the soil is bad, it is natural that the crop does not grow well no matter how much growth promoter is poured, right? In my opinion, it's hard to get the effect with just black bean therapy. Of course, everyone is wrong, so some people get good results, but I think it's hard to work for everyone.
4. Internal DHT blocker: An approach that suppresses DHT internally to reduce the impact of DHT on hair follicles. As far as I know, it inhibits the approval of Propeciana Prosca reduction factor 2, and dutasteroid inhibits both types 1 and 2.I understand that green tea also has a good effect.
5.External DHT blocker: Unlike the internal DHT blocker, it is a topical application in a way that suppresses DHT externally. It's like putting it on your head, so to speak. For example, Revivogen, Clinagen, Zinc/B6, and so on. I understand that depending on the person, the effect is better than the Internal DHT blocker.6.Growth simulant: This is an approach that focuses on promoting the growth of hair.
If DHT blocker suppresses DHT and prevents DHT from adversely affecting hair roots, Growth simulant helps hair grow quickly. Tricommin, Foligen, Minoxidil, etc. do this. Of course, the way it works is different... 7. Others: Saw palette (? I can't remember the spelling very well), vitamin I think is that the body improvement/DHT block/growth simulant should occur in combination. Depending on the person, there may be people who can use just one of them, but most people don't seem to. (If you look at it on WebSearch..) I hate drugs and I'm not going to use Minok or Professionalsia because I'm afraid there will be side effects.
I'm currently using two methods: black bean natural therapy, vitamin dosing, internal DHT blocker: green tea - growth simulant: tricomin shampoo, followen spray, and I've ordered and plan to use Clinagen in the future.
It's been about two months since I ate black beans, and it's been about 15 days since I used Tricommin shampoo and Followen spray. What I felt from eating black beans was that the amount of hair loss was reduced. I think it's down to half from before. But the effect doubled when I used trichomine shampoo and followen spray. When I used trichomine shampoo for two days, I suddenly felt the amount of hair loss decreased (this is pure feeling). Compared to the amount on my hands while shampooing, there were about 15 on my hands, but suddenly there were about 3-4 on my hands.) So I measured it exactly yesterday. When I take a shower, I lost about 25 pieces of hair combined with thick hair and thin hair.I think it's 40 maxima. Of course, this was done with followin spray, but I couldn't ignore shampoo. Just in case, I used Nizoral 1% one day for two days and another shampoo one day, but it came out more.
I'm going to use it in the future: Black Bean Natural Therapy, Vitamin Dosing, Jeonggwanjeong Red Ginseng - Internal DHT Blocker: Green Tea - External DHT Blocker: Clinagen, Zinc/B6-Growth Simulant: Trichamine Shampoo, Followen Spray, and I'm thinking of posting again after 3 months.
Different people have different ways to respond. In my case, fortunately, I think I found a way that suits me. Given that each method takes at least three months (the hair roots that fell asleep take about three months to wake up in response to the treatment), I would have to wait a longer time to get hair growth, but I'm glad that the hair loss has stopped now. I am still living an irregular life, smoking a pack of cigarettes a day, eating 2 meals a day, and I am stressed out. If there's anything that's changed, I'm not going to eat junk food as much as possible.
It would be better if I quit smoking and live a regular life, but the situation is not like that.
