[re] Tidy up hair loss treatment

The reason I posted this article was that it was difficult to find systematic information about hair loss prevention and hair growth management. Most hair loss treatments are prosca/propecia/dutta and minoxidil, and I don't like using these drugs myself, and after I stop, I go back to my original state and known side effects (tiredness, liver dysfunction)..etc.) and unknown side effects (e.g. after 20 years?? Tobacco was also encouraged at first. What side effects are occurring 30 years later? It's because of that. Most of the other information is fragmentary.
For example, xx shamp is good, or I used something and it worked, etc. I see natural therapy as one of the fragmentary things. Natural therapy is really great. I've seen some effects, too. Some people don't have to do anything else, but there are many who don't. You can find out if you read the bulletin board carefully.

So what are some safe ways I don't want to take medication and have few side effects?
I wanted to organize it, and the upper part is what I organized in my own way.

In fact, it's a little cost-sensitive in the early stages of hair loss. I'm trying to achieve the maximum effect with minimal effort, but if I succeed here, it's okay, but if hair loss progresses, the loss of confidence or interpersonal avoidance that comes from it really affects my life beyond words. In my case, suddenly, it has progressed a lot in a year, but now I have to use a hair growth agent when entering. It was unimaginable a year ago. You'll also see a lot of posts here on this site saying you wanted to die because of hair loss.
When you go later, you spend a lot of money on a hair transplant (which doesn't even compare to 100,000 won a month) and you're desperate because you know it's not 100% successful.
I'll leave it up to you to decide which is more economical.

And what I've organized is not that everyone should do that.
Since others say it works when you use a shampoo or spray, it's to prevent you from using it as a rule of thumb. Even if it works for others, I often don't see the effect. For example, Proscana minoxidil is a drug that has passed the FDA, but there are many people who do not work with it. Trichomine passed FDA phase 2, but few people said it worked. But in my case, it worked (just shampoo, not spray).

For those who wish to avoid further hair loss and want to maintain the status quo, I think the status quo can be maintained by two things: natural therapy and internal DHT blocker: green tea. If you start these two and the mask doesn't decrease in less than a month, I think it's better to add more. In fact, it has been recognized that a product affects hair almost three months (in relation to hair loss), but reducing hair loss is mostly effective within a month when the right regimen is used. Which one to add depends on your situation and how urgent it is, and my summary is just about what to add as long as the situation allows.

>I completely agree with you. I'm mainly focusing on internal treatment.
>It's black bean therapy and folk remedies. It's been 2 months for me too, but I'm losing about 20 to 30 after black beans.
>Sometimes 40 to 50 are missing, but. For your information, my father has improved a lot while doing minok (second year) and black beans (two months). (Especially after black beans, I think it's a synergistic effect.) I agree with >'s logical opinion, but I think the problem is the cost after all.
>Tricomin (90,000 won for two months), black beans (35,000 won for two months), hair power (60,000 won for three months), Novold (Tonic 180,000 won) and oriental medicine shampoo (30,000 won) will put a burden of 100,000 won to 150,000 won for at least two months.
>As you said, I think the internal and external parallel treatment is the most > reliable method at the moment in terms of stopping hair loss and slight hair growth effects. However, I think the cost burden of easy access to such things for hair loss people should be resolved. Sustainable treatment would be the most helpful.
>>It's been about a year and a half since hair loss began. Of course, I think there was a slow progression before that, but suddenly I was under a lot of stress at the beginning of last year (2002), and then I think it progressed rapidly. Currently, it's an M-shaped and the top of the head was losing a lot. Originally, I wasn't worried because I had too much hair, but >> Moreover, there is no baldness in the house (both my parents and mother's) and when I first started falling out, >> I wasn't even worried, but this happened. I did some research while looking for domestic and foreign websites for 3 months because I thought I couldn't do it at this rate. I've done all the bulletin boards and >>discussion forum while reading it, and I've come to my own conclusions and >>> I want to share these.
>>
>>1).Background >> I'm currently in a Ph.D. program in the U.S. and came in the fall of 1999, so I've been there for three and a half years.
>> In the background of my hair loss, I think >> irregular meals (about 2 meals a day...I can't be bothered to cook because I live alone) >> +Bad junk food (hamburger, ramen, etc..Something to simply eat) >> +stress >> +irregular life (sleeping late and waking up late) >> +Genetic impact? >> +smoking (about one pack a day)? I think it's something like that. Most of them are what they've been through in the U.S. >>. When I was in Korea, I went to school at home and my parents cooked for me while eating... (I was happy then..), I thought I was stressed in Korea, but compared to what I got here as a Ph.D., I think I slept well and woke up properly. I think hair loss started before 2001 >> (Sometimes when I go to Korea, my friends say that they lost some hair, but they didn't notice >>...I didn't notice because I didn't notice it. In 2001, both foreheads in front of >> gradually fell out, and the hairline became an M shape. But I didn't pay much attention because it covered my head to some extent. In early 2002, I lost a lot of my hair under a lot of stress. When I take a shower, my water holes are blocked. >> It fell out and the water didn't go down. I think about 200-300 would have been missing. Now >> If you think about it..(I didn't count at the time..I'm so busy with stress.) >> I think my hair loss has been delayed to some extent after I've done my own therapy, and >> (about 20-40 a day) I'm trying to improve it.
>>
>>2).Treatment(?) therapy. >> From my experience, I don't think hair loss is enough just because I focus on one thing. Shouldn't all treatment methods be combined together to create one synergy >> maximize the effect? Currently, if you look at the methods used to prevent or treat hair loss, there are four main categories on the daemo site: black bean natural therapy/shampoo, tonic/propecia, prosca, and >> dutta/minoxidil. Propecia, >> Prosca, Dutasteroid, etc. are DHT blockers that are already used for many hair loss treatments (though Dutta is not used for hair loss treatment), minoxidil is used as a hair growth promoter >> and shampoo and tonic are used, respectively (which one is good, which one is not)..etc.) >>> Black bean therapy is approached from the oriental medicine side, and it is said to be hair loss treatment through strengthening the function of the kidneys >> and so on. I've divided this up again in my own way, and I've seen it.
>> >> -How to improve body mass (such as natural therapy) >> -Internal DHT blocker (medications such as DHT inhibition-propasia) >> -External DHT blocker (External DHT inhibition-mainly shampooing and tonic) > -Growth simulant (Promoting hair growth-tonic or minoxidil, etc.) > -Others >>>>>3.How to improve body mass: Black bean therapy basically focuses on balancing the body >>. By activating the functions of proteins and kidneys that were lacking, the whole body can be said to mean that the head grows >>>>> Fertilizing the soil so that the crop can grow well. If the soil is not good, it is natural that the crop does not grow well >> no matter how much growth promoter is poured, right? In my opinion, it's hard to see the effect >> with just black bean therapy. Of course, everyone is wrong, so some people get good results, but >> I think it's hard to work for everyone.
>> >>4. Internal DHT blocker: An approach that suppresses DHT internally to reduce the >> impact of DHT on hair follicles. I understand that propeciana prosca reduction factor type 2 inhibits >> and dutasteroid inhibits both type 1 and type 2 reduction factors.I understand that green tea also has a good effect.
>> >>5. External DHT blocker: Unlike Internal DHT >> blocker, it is a topical application in a way that suppresses DHT externally. So to speak, it's like putting it on your head. For example, Revivogen, Clinagen, Zinc/B6> and so on. I understand that depending on the person, the effect is >> better than the Internal DHT blocker.(From aggregation across multiple sites) >> >>6. Growth simulant: This approach focuses on promoting the growth of hair.
>> If DHT blocker suppresses DHT and prevents DHT from having a bad effect on hair roots, Growth simulant plays a role in helping hair grow quickly. Tricommin, Polligen, Minoxidil, etc. play these roles >>. Of course, the method of action is different, but... >>> 7. Others: Saw palette (? I don't remember the spelling well), vitamin >>>>>> The way I think is that the body improvement/DHT block/growth simulant should occur in combination >>. Depending on the person, there may be people who can use just one of them, but >> Most people don't seem to be. (If you look at the web search..) >>I hate drugs and I'm not going to use Minok or Propecia because I'm afraid there will be side effects.
>> >> The methods I'm currently using are >> -Improving the constitution: Black bean natural therapy, taking vitamins, Jeonggwanjeong red ginseng >> -Internal DHT blocker:Green tea >> -Growth simulant:Tricomin shampoo, followen spray >> There are two and I'm going to use Crinagen in the future.
>> >> It's been about 2 months since I ate black beans, and it's been about 15 days since I used Tricommin shampoo and Followen spray. What I felt from eating black beans was that the amount of hair loss was reduced. I think it was reduced to half compared to before >>. But the effect doubled when I used trichomine shampoo and followen >> spray. When I used trichomine shampoo for two days, I suddenly felt that the amount of hair loss decreased >> (this is pure feeling). Comparing the amount of shampoo on your hand >> When I did it, the amount of shampoo on my hand was reduced to about 3-4 suddenly) So yesterday >> I measured it accurately. When I take a shower, I lose about 25 hair in total.I think it's 40 maxima. Of course, this would have been with followin>>spray, but I couldn't ignore shampoo. Just in case, I used Nizoral 1% one day and another shampoo one day, but I lost more weight.
>>>>>> -Improving the constitution: Black bean natural therapy, taking vitamins, Jeonggwanjeong red ginseng >> -Internal DHT blocker:Green tea >> -External DHT blocker:Crinagen, Zinc/B6 >> -Growth Simulant: Tricomin shampoo, Followen spray >> and I'm thinking of posting again after 3 months.
>> >> >> Different people respond to different methods. In my case, fortunately, I think I found a way to fit >> for me. >>Given that one method takes at least three months >>It takes about three months for the hair roots to wake up in response to the treatment.) >>You'll have to wait a longer time to get hair loss, but now I'm glad that the hair loss stopped. I am still living an irregular life, smoking a pack of cigarettes a day, eating 2 meals a day >> and I am stressed out. If there's anything that's changed, I'm not going to eat junk food as much as possible.
>>I think it would be better if I quit smoking and live a regular life, but that's not the case.
