I heard dandruff also has a lot of causes, so I think you'd better find out with your dermatologist...
(I don't think it's boring if the symptoms are right...)
I have seborrheic dermatitis. My skin condition is not good either
If you use a regular anti-dandruff shampoo, your skin will get worse.
(There are precautions on the back of the shampoo.
"If you have symptoms such as redness or swelling when using it, stop using it..."
This phenomenon is very severe for me.)
It's not completely cured, but the way I'm working on it is
It's as below. (FYI don't believe in Nizoral. Because I've used it before...)
1. Use gentle, well-washed shampoo to minimize skin irritation.
: It is usually advertised that it is mild, but there are often cases where it is not.
The mild shampoo I've used is "Hair Shampoo" and "Creezy Alpha" by Sol-Awon.
Sole-Awon water soap is so gentle that it doesn't seem to have any cleaning power at all... -_-;;
I think it's just oily...
The best way to cleanse your skin without irritating your skin
A drop of mild shampoo is poured into the rice paddies by releasing the alpah of the pine tree
It's washing up.
If you want to use just one shampoo, what I recommend is
It's "Amway Anti-Dandruff Shampoo".
The skin irritation is also very small, and the reason I like it is that it was washed very well with water.
When you use shampoo, even if you rinse it twice, it's a bit slippery or has a strong scent
There were a lot of times when it was left on my scalp, but then I think there was a detergent residue on my skin
There was a feeling that it was worse. But I can feel that this shampoo was washed really well.
There's almost no foam on the second rinse. I think it will be less harmful to the environment.
It's the first shampoo I've ever felt refreshed while washing my hair.
2. Mix vinegar when you rinse..
: After rinsing it cleanly, add a little vinegar to the basin and rinse it again to improve your hair
The dermatitis has gradually decreased as well.(I can't completely heal, but...)
So I always have a bottle of vinegar in my bathroom.
Of course, after using vinegar, wash it with clear water again and it's durable.
3. nutritional supplements
: If you look at your health status or eating habits, you can use supplements or nutritional supplements for nutrients that you may lack
If you replenish it, it gets better.
4. Exercise
: Sweating exercise or stomatal training helps.
Well, I have to go now.
>The scalp has a lot of dandruff. But it doesn't grease your hair. So is this seborrheic dermatitis?
>The dermatologist prescribes it for nizoral use, and I want to choose shampoo, but I don't know which one is good. Please recommend it to me..
>Everyone, be proud.
