I used to have a bad M shape, and I didn't do anything until a month ago, but I finally started to get a rough head in the M shape. I didn't buy it after seeing the recommendation that it's good.. I bought it without thinking. Actually, I bought it because it was cheaper than other hair loss products. It says that it normalizes the hair cycle, prevents hair loss, and promotes hair growth. I use it twice a day, and it feels cool when I apply it. There are no side effects of itching or redness of the scalp.

(2) High Chiall C
I'm seeing it on the bulletin board here, buying it, and taking it. As you know, it's a drug that contains L-cysteine, vitamin C, and calcium pantothenate. I'm eating this thinking that there's nothing to lose by eating it as well.

(3) Asahi Super Viru Yeast Z
It is a health food made with beer yeast. It is reinforced with vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B and zinc in beer yeast. Originally, I had a bad stomach, so I was taking beer yeast, but I recently changed it to a product with added vitamins and minerals.

(4) Green tea
Since I live in Japan, I naturally drink more than one glass of green tea every time I eat.

These are not products that are specially officially recognized for their effectiveness, but I bought them, applied them, and ate them as I wanted. Actually, it started all at once, so I don't even know what works. There are many kinds, but it's less than 50,000 won a month. I didn't even expect it to work when I started, but it works for me if I was lucky. It's only been a month, but I think you'll see good results if you keep going.
