I am 32 years old.
Originally, the forehead was M-shaped, but the hair was full, so if you cover it well, it wasn't noticeable at all.
At that time, if I was a little dissatisfied, I didn't have much time to touch my hair except for a long time.
When I graduated from college, I became interested in hair transplantation, and three months before graduation, I had hair transplantation only in the M-shaped part. But I think there's been a problem since then. I think it was because the blood circulation was not good because the back part was transplanted after the incision, but strangely, the hair looks weird after the hair transplant, and it's not like it's losing its hair, but the hair becomes weak and weird.
But it didn't really show much, so I didn't pay much attention. However, as my hair became thinner and thinner, it was very noticeable after a little more than two years. Then, in the end, I started thinking seriously when my girlfriend went abroad for about three months to train.
I did a lot of self-defense for three months, but suddenly my hair became too thin and the top of my head became too thin, so I could see clearly. Since then, I've come to think that it's really no joke. As far as I know, self-defense doesn't seem to have a significant impact on hair loss, but I've come to think so because the timing coincided. So I bought some hair straightener and tried it (which didn't really work for me), and I ended up using a lot of different things,
What I'm currently using is that I hear from my friend, so I'm using soap, and I'm not doing any self-defense. And I usually use a thickening agent, so I don't feel much hair loss. I am eating black beans steadily. But I think I've improved a lot. The problem is the question of what has worked to improve it.
My question is, after the hair transplant, the entire head becomes weak (other than the M-shape was completely normal) and I want to know if that was just another cause (such as heredity) or a side effect of the hair transplant.
I don't know if it's because of the Nanda Mo soap, or if it's because I didn't do self-defense (I did it almost every day for three months), or if it's because I ate black beans.
I want to hear from masters. I heard that Nanda Mo soap doesn't work very well, but I think it worked. But I'm not sure if it's because of NandaMo or other influences. Others said that NandaMo doesn't work, but the price is too expensive, so I'm thinking of changing it to Tricomin.
And what's for sure is that since I removed the bandages after the hair transplant, I've felt my hair clearly weird. I'm really curious. We look forward to your answers.
And my mother is going to make pills with five medicinal ingredients, including black beans, kaedama, and so on for me soon. I don't know if it's effective, but if anyone wants to eat it with me, please contact me when I post it again later and I'll take it with you. (I can't give you free of charge, just give me the ingredients.)
Then I look forward to your comments.
