For your information, I cut off my rearp for about 3 months and used regular shampoo (double-rich) while eating black beans.
I don't think I'll be able to keep using the rearf...
But... I thought it would be okay to eat black beans, but my hair gradually fell out over and over for three months
There are more and more missing numbers..(I didn't have a lot of hair before that either.)
And then again the war against dandruff...
As I had to rewrite my rearf and ate black beans, I had a bit of hair and dandruff again...
