It's been 2 months since I finally had natural therapy~
In the beginning, I mixed black beans, black sesame seeds, and kelp with soy milk and ate them for about two weeks, and I mixed pine nuts, walnuts, sewage, pine leaf powder, and green tea powder.
I eat breakfast and dinner twice, all on an empty stomach and replacing breakfast with a natural diet.
If it's a medicine, can it be a medicine^^
And I drank 2 cups of green tea even if I couldn't do it in a day, or 6 cups if I had a lot.
If you drink a lot, it's two to three times a week, if you drink less, it's once, and I don't smoke.
I wasn't that bad of a hair loss when I started natural therapy. The top of the head was a little clear. My bangs were pretty much fine.
After two months, little hair is coming up from the front rather than the top of the head. There's not much noticeable change in the top of the head. I thought my bangs weren't hair loss, but seeing the little hairs coming up, I guess it was hair loss...Still, I think it's a good thing that little hair comes up, and these days, I'm spending less time worrying about my hair. The number of hair loss has not decreased much, but it is about 30 to 40 when you wash your hair. It's about 10 to 20 less than before. (It reflects my feelings to some extent.)^^, that's not accurate). My hair used to have a lot of brown hair, but it's blackened to a certain extent now. Not much though ^^
In short, I'm quite satisfied with this effect for two months. It is good for the body and the head, so for those who are in the early stages of hair loss, natural therapy is recommended rather than medicine. Then I'll post it again when it's the 3rd or 4th month^^
I wish you all the best!^^
