My experience...[2]

I'm z919, who put pressure on you to scroll by writing too long(?) the other day.
More than anything else, I'm writing it in detail because I want my writing to be a little bit of a reference to you, so please understand it widely...

I don't think it's been long since I wrote that.
I think my life is fixed to some extent, so I'm posting again like this because I'm thinking about organizing it at this point.

First of all, my current life is.

1. Keep the computer in moderation.
In fact, computer users may feel it roughly, but even if you use a computer for 12 hours a day, I think you only spend 3 to 4 hours focusing on the data or content you are looking for. Oh! Of course, this is about people who don't really enjoy games like me who only do things related to their hobbies.
So I'm going to use the computer and take a break. I guess it's when I'm eating^^)When I'm at work or for a while, I write down on a post-it that I should do something with my computer today. And when I go home, I put it next to the monitor and concentrated on it, and then I made a habit of resting or rather watching TV for the rest.
In particular, even if I thought about it at work, I didn't write it down, so I couldn't remember it even when I got home. There were cases where I stayed up all night because I couldn't remember it Time has definitely been reduced because I wrote it down and only did what I needed in order.
These days, TV is so childish that I even read books that I haven't read -_-;;;
As the Great Escape said, it works to some extent. In my experience, I can guarantee that if I use the computer for a long time, I feel like my neck is stiff and my eyes are shrinking. As this symptom disappears, I feel like my hair loss is also decreasing. Of course, there are multiple factors. I recommend it.

2. Drink green tea (the leafy one, not the instant one sold on the market) as drinking water.
The effect I got from this, first of all, I feel a little light in the morning. I've had a bad bronchus in my house for generations (so I cough a lot at dawn) and I feel like it's shrinking. Especially when I walked for a long time, I sometimes felt like my heart was going to explode (just walking)...It worked. I didn't eat anything else, so I think it worked with green tea. I'm not sure...I don't have any ^^

3. Get rid of the factors that will cause irritation.
I had a habit of getting annoyed right away if something didn't seem right for me For example, if there is no dishwashing in the sink, or if the room is dizzy, I get emotional! I used to get annoyed while doing it (of course I only do it inside -_-), but now if it's messy without thinking about it, I'll clean it up, and I'll do the dishes...Yes. If you have a rare disease like me, just think, "I can do it," and you'll have no reason to be annoyed. If you get into the habit of focusing more on your work when you're criticizing junior employees for their bad points at work, you feel a little more comfortable.
When you're annoyed, your heart becomes warm, and then your face and head become warm. I think this is very bad for hair loss.
About 3 years ago, I was stressed out for 2 months because of work. For the first time since I was born, atopic dermatitis was formed in my body. I think that's when hair loss started.
It's hard to fix my personality, but I think I can fix my mental posture to some extent if I get used to it. I'm a bit impatient right now I'm also trying to fix it by getting into the habit of talking slowly on purpose.

4. If anyone eats, they eat a little together (i.e., they don't skip meals)
This is how I use it because my body is thin (even my mouth is short). Usually, when I'm at work, I try to finish the work and eat even if it's time to eat, and when I'm at work, I have to eat alone, so I don't eat...Now, whenever someone asks me to eat, I get up and eat together. Just a little bit...
Does this have nothing to do with hair loss? I think it'll be okay.

5. I think about the nutrition of food and eat it
I don't really like seaweed. But now I eat well. I ate seaweed soup and seasoned seaweed...I think while eating "This is medicine...It's good for your health." I also eat seaweed soup and rice well.
Whatever food you make, everything is nutritious. Now I hate all the side dishes on the table. For my body and hair...
For the first time, I bought mixed grains at an e-Mart-_-I couldn't eat it because it felt like I was eating something dried up when I ate, but now I can't eat rice because it's so slippery that it's not fun to eat it^^ Make sure you eat multigrain or bean rice. If I make stew, I eat all the tofu-_-;;;

This is my current fixed life. Nothing has changed much compared to before, but the above has become a habit like my life. It's become a habit^^
I can't sleep early yet. This is really hard...If it wasn't for his cable TV...Since I have a lot of channels, I have a hunch that I'm going to do something fun somewhere, so when I keep turning the channels, I always sleep at 3-4 a.m. That's why I'm tired of sleeping.

I don't feel like I'm getting more hairy, but I'm definitely staying at that level as I was just before. Sometimes there are moments where I forget and don't worry about my hair. ^^ I was just thinking about my hair every second, adding a little lie^^
Still, every time I wash my hair, I look at my palms and draining holes because I'm anxious that I might suddenly fall out. But it's still okay now that we're entering autumn.

Once again, compared to the old state, when I usually do a computer for about 12 hours and look at the floor of the room, it's like some dog has been molted (no lie), and my head was separated around the chair, and now I haven't roughly counted it, but it's like 30 strands...It's very rarely seen.
It's particularly effective when you wash your hair, and it seems like about 30 to 40 strands are less than before.

We haven't entered full-fledged autumn, so we'll still have to wait and see. Autumn is here, the season of hair loss. Take good care of your hair. By the way, I've been drinking vinegar, green tea, and onion juice-_-I don't do it all because it's ). Only rice (grain), side dishes (not picky), drinking water (green tea), drinks (soybean drink no matter what)...I'm trying to hang in there like this.
We all have to survive this fall.

I'll watch it a bit more and post it again.
