Natural food + vinegar lins + garlic + green tea effect

Hello, I'm posting after a long time. I'm a person who wrote on Daemo in the past and replied with my experience. It's been almost a year since I ate natural food. I'm posting this again to give you a little hope.

1. My condition
Since June last year, people in the state have been worried about my hair, so I have started trying to overcome the hair loss phenomenon. I have severe oily scalp and I washed my hair with soap until then. My father is a typical genetic hair loss person, and fortunately, he started hair loss at a normal age. These days, it is said that the age is getting lower.
Due to the lack of knowledge about scalp and hair, I was deceived by products advertised on home shopping and used the parent product. It was effective to some extent when I used it for about 3 months after removing the oiliness from my oily scalp. However, I have not used it anymore since October because there are many articles of distrust for the product and I am not reliable myself. As a result, after about 15 days, a dandruff that was hard to imagine occurred in the head. It doesn't shake even if you shake it off, and it gets worse when you use shampoo, which was more unbearable than hair loss. I had a really hard day because of the phenomenon of avoiding people. That's what we've been dragging for over a year until early November this year. I think it's probably a side effect of the product. I've seen such a case.

2. How to do it
We started eating natural food in November last year. As Green Hair Escape said, I was a typical FM practitioner. I ate black beans, black sesame, and ground hemp three times a day and drank green tea like drinking water. Thanks to this, the amount of hair loss has decreased a lot and fine hair has risen to some extent. Your health is getting so good. It's become a habit now.
But the dandruff in the head didn't go away. I shaved my head and took care of my scalp, but that was the only time. Now that I think about it, I regret using an untested product because of my ignorance of hair loss at that time. I've used another product recently, but as expected.
I unwittingly washed my hair while sleeping, so I lost a lot of water the next day. It's forced hair loss.
So I've been using vinegar lins since early November. I did it before, but I couldn't do it consistently. Vinegar was rinsed after morning shampooing, and when I came home in the evening, I rinsed only water and then again with vinegar.
And I started eating garlic. I heard garlic is good for blood circulation and skin, so I ate two to three pieces of vinegar garlic (vegetation + garlic + soy sauce) that my mother made earlier this year at breakfast, and I ate a spoon of steamed garlic and honey to get rid of the strong taste in the evening.
Natural food (+green tea) was also consistent. As a result, the dandruff disappeared a lot. The amount of hair loss was steadily improving. When vinegar and garlic are started, the fine hairs of M-ja grow naturally and only grow.

3. empirical advice
1) scalp
First of all, it is very important to know about your scalp condition. There are many causes of hair loss. I don't have any objective data yet. Therefore, it can be very dangerous if you consider the cause of advertising in some home shopping as your own.

2) Shampoo
I think it's important to shampoo according to your scalp condition. If possible, I'd like to recommend a shot or charcoal shampoo. It's less irritating to the scalp. Also, if you have oily or seborrheic and dandruffy, I strongly recommend green tea and vinegar lins. When I did vinegar, my hair glowed. In particular, those with dandruff and itching may have a habit of unconsciously scratching while sleeping, so please be careful.
When washing your hair, wash it carefully and carefully at the same time. Please keep in mind that scalp cleanliness is based on preventing hair loss.

3)a natural diet
I drank it in the water cut with goji and elm trees. I have a weak stomach by nature, so I only ate green tea after meals. Gooji and elm are effective in preventing enteritis and hair loss, so they are burned. The cost is very low. If you buy about 10,000 won elm, you will have enough for half a year. It tastes very savory when I mix it with Googgi.

4)Other
Exercise, various massages, and health foods are also good. In my case, I did that in the early days, but I couldn't consistently practice it due to my lazy personality. But it worked to some extent.

5)Home shopping advertising products
As I said earlier, I don't trust home shopping products very much except for Pfe and Minok. They acknowledge the effect through narrow verification data. It also misleads consumers by advertising 150,000 customers or a large amount of reordering, but does not mention the process, such as why you order again. That's the trick.

5)Cost
Let me tell you about the cost.
a Natural food (black beans, black sesame seeds, kelp): 40,000 won (currently taken twice a day, 3 months' worth)
b Shampoo (Korean herbal medicine, vegetable such as charcoal): Oriental medicine (8,000 won) Charcoal (13,000 won) (2 months' worth)
c Green tea (leaf green tea): 10,000 won (2 months or more)
d Vinegar: 1300 won (You can exclude vinegar and garlic from the cost since you eat them normally.)
- It's around 50,000 to 60,000 won in about two and a half months. In terms of effectiveness, I think this kind of investment is worth enough.

4. At the end
Hair loss is something anyone who hasn't been through will not know how it feels. Because of this emotional urgency, many people even throw away large amounts of money and try to treat them. I think hair loss will be overcome someday. What I want to tell you is that you should make long-term efforts and not be easily misled by the tricks. In addition, hair loss was regarded as a positive whip to achieve a wrong turning point in one's life and thinking, and this led to a better life and an open mind.
That's too long. So to get over hair loss, everyone...
