> I'm a woman in my 20s. Since about a year ago
> When you wash or brush your hair, your hair falls out as much as a ohm.
> I don't think there will be any left.
> In some programs, I told you not to use shampoo and rinse when washing your hair, and in other programs, I told you not to use soap. Which one is correct.
> And can you tell me what I can use and help you?

As you said, shampoo is better than soap.
I went to a wig company for a consultation.
When I put a small lens on my head, it looked very magnified on the screen.
I could see the root area and my skin in detail.
I also used soap before that, but I could see with my eyes that it remained around the hair roots because the soap wouldn't rinse completely.
Compared to the consultant's hair, my hair is definitely thin and there is a lot of oil around the hair roots.
The consultant recommends shampoo that rinses well, and tells me to do it every day.
