The pain in the root of my head. It's very likely that it's neurotic.
Because my roots hurt like that too.
I just thought that my scalp was getting harder and harder, so I only washed my hair hard.
However, there was a pain in the scalp that I didn't know if it was itchy or itchy again when I washed my hair.
That's why my hand keeps going towards my head.
There were a lot of hair that fell out like that.

That's how I started scalp massage.
First of all, I diluted ginger powder and garlic powder that are common around me and applied it to my head.
I don't use garlic powder because it doesn't feel that good. Ginger powder stimulated the scalp quite a bit.
It seems to work well to make blood flow.
So I sometimes do ginger powder, but it's not as recommended because it has cornstarch.
I think it would be better if you buy ginger yourself.

I've been drinking powdered green tea in drinking water for a month, and I dip it on my scalp every day or every other day.
Of course, the massage becomes natural as you apply it.
As a tool, it's only a small piece of soy sauce and a syringe (without a needle).
I usually drink a lot of water, but I drink a lot of water on purpose.
I don't eat it with bottled water. Shake boiled barley tea with powdered green tea roughly.

It's a good idea to go to a large supermarket and buy a bottle of powdered Sulok tea from Taexx.
It also comes with a shake-up water bottle (about 600ml). The powdered Sulok tea can be recycled.
I've already finished a 50g bottle of powdered Sulwhal tea... I searched on the price comparison website
I bought 100g x 4 bags for 21,000 won and am eating them.
If you have a bag, it would be very difficult to deal with, but it's good to have a powdery Sulok tea container left after you've finished it.
Expensive ones are actually good. ^^;
Taexx is about 9,500 won per 50g bottle. (This is a month's worth of food if you eat it alone, but it's still a little expensive.)
For your information... Green tea was divided into Woojeon, Sejak, Jungjak, and Daejak.
This is because it tastes different depending on the time of harvest, so the price is in the best order of taste
There's a big difference. I think Taexx is probably about three works.
The 100g later one seems to be a heavy crop.
What if it's a masterpiece... I'm not trying to eat it for the taste...

The writing has become lengthy.
Anyway... Rather than just massaging, I'll put powdered green tea in a thick soy sauce or something,
Massage while applying with a pipette or syringe (without the needle).
Personally, tea bag green tea may be good to savor,
I don't think it's as direct as powdered green tea.

I drank powdered green tea, and it's been a month since I applied it,
The amount of loss has decreased a lot.
How many are I missing or less... I don't count,
There was a significant reduction in the loss of hair when sweeping it down.
I couldn't get my hands on my head naturally. ^^

I do massages a little too aggressively.
I'm not being careful because I'm afraid my hair will fall out,
The scalp itself went back and forth Shake it as much as you can.
When I massage, it hurts when I press it all over my forehead.
So, let's see if you win or if I win, and I massage until it doesn't hurt.
Now? It doesn't hurt. I think the clot has been released.
It doesn't hurt because you massage it like that in other places.
If you're going to fall out, please leave.
As others say, taking good care of it doesn't make you fall out of it.
It would be better to make the attached ones stronger and make the soil sound
I think it's a much better way.

And... despite continuing sex life, the number of hair loss has decreased.
I don't think it's silly to conclude that it's not at all...
I don't think it has much to do with it.

Oh, by the way... You said you were going to drink black bean soy milk, but don't drink it.
As you can see from the ingredients, it is less than 5% of Chinese black beans.
Black beans, black sesame soy milk, and milk products are all like that.

I want to buy Korean, black beans, black sesame seeds, kelp, sewage, pine needles, etc. and eat them,
I can't afford it yet... First of all, I'll be satisfied with steadily making green tea.

I don't know if it's a reference.
If that's not acceptable, be bold and ignore it,
Please refrain from rippling.
