I'm thinking about using trichamine shampoo and hair tonic, but I'm using Beethoven Power Plus shampoo/conditioner/nutritional supplements from Hueruk System as an introduction from someone I know. Someone who knows said that this product has had a great effect..
It's been a little over a month since I used shampoo and conditioner, and it's been a little over 15 days since I used nutritional supplements together.
I heard that it was an fda-approved product, so I decided to try it.
In addition to this, I take black beans/black sesame/kidama once or twice a day, and I take vitamins, especially those that contain vitamin B groups, copper, and zinc. (I heard that copper and zinc play an important role in preventing hair loss.)
I also took care of various hair loss.
Grobis Shampoo (I don't know if it still exists now), Pfe, Dangi Hair, Levi Bozen, Minoxil, Nandamo (Nandamo is really a scam) and so on...
I think PPE was the best effect, but I personally had side effects, so I quit boldly last summer.
After 2 to 3 months after I quit the program, my hair fell out a lot.
So now I'm back to my senses and doing natural food + power plus shampoo / conditioner / nutritional supplements + vitamins + scalp massage.
I'll re-post it around the end of April to see if it works or not.
So far, I feel like I'm losing less and my hair is getting thicker.
I wish you all the best~ ^^
