After suspending it for about four years, I am newly interested in hair loss treatment this year and am working on my own.
Among them, I used hair loss shampoo for the first time,
When I went to the pharmacy, there was a Mo & Moa shampoo, so I used it for about a couple of months, but I think Leviogen shampoo is okay on this site, so I'm using it from this month.
Of course, I don't know which of the many shampoos works particularly well, but what I'm curious about is the number of shampoos.
For seborrheic scalp, shampooing once a day is definitely a must (I shampoo once in the evening), but there seem to be quite a few people who do it twice a day in the morning and evening...
As long as there are no major problems with scalp health, I think washing twice in the morning and evening is good for removing oil.
There seems to be an opinion that washing too often is not good either... I ask for your advice.
