If I can maintain the status quo by doing natural therapy, I will do natural therapy.
I did natural therapy for about a year.
I ate green tea, black beans, and black sesame every day,
To be honest, it got worse, let alone maintained the status quo, so now I'm eating a photo card.
Still, natural remedies seem to work. It's a bit... but the amount that comes out is decreasing.
I guess I have a strong genetic makeup.ㅜㅜ
I'm eating a photo card right now. I eat it five to six times a week.
It's been about 20 days. If it works, I'm going to take it for about 5 years and then quit.
I'm going to continue with the natural diet. If it doesn't work, I'll have to go all-in for natural food.
I think natural therapy slows down hair loss a little bit.
I don't know if there are people who say that it's not effective because it's a lack of effect.
In the long run, I think there will be a big difference between those who do it and those who don't.
