>So you're doing it four times in total. It's definitely less greasy because it's done like this.

>Some people say it's not good to wash your hair often, but in my case, it was rather good.

>It's already been a year since I washed my hair often, but I think it's less oily and less hair loss.

>If you wash your hair frequently, your scalp may be strained and it may hurt, so don't put too much pressure on your scalp

>If you feel a bit bitter, try to reduce the number of times. (Once in the morning, twice in the evening, once in the morning, once in the evening)
I'm in a similar state, but I wash my hair twice a day...
And, you might say I'm ignorant when I wash my hair, but I use soap...
That doesn't mean you're just using soap.... First, remove the oil with soap and finish with shampoo..
If I just use soap, my hair gets squishy, and if I just use shampoo, I feel like I'm left with oil.. It's a compromise.
I used to use laundry soap when I was in the army, but at that time, it wasn't because of hair loss or seborrheic dermatitis, I just used it without thinking...
There was nothing wrong with it, but at that time, I think my scalp might have gone bad and become seborrheic skin...
Shampoo uses head-and-shoulder.
