I think it was when I was in my third year of high school. I think I paid a lot of attention to my hair at the time, but I washed my hair every day, so my style died, so I didn't wash it for 3-4 days to save my style even though I sweated like that on a summer day. Before that, if you look through the scalp, it was a healthy hair without a powder. A year later, my head was itchy often, so it became a habit to scratch it hard. Now, 12 years later, my hair is itchy because of seborrheic dermatitis, so I scratched and pulled it out, so my hair is empty I've been using all the dandruff shampoos in Korea for two years to cure the boredom of Inum, but I gave up on it because it was itchy and oil-filled, and I used bonogen not long ago. The itchiness decreased, but I stopped because my hair fell out, and I bought the Tamed shampoo that DAEDAMO seniors strongly recommend for a week. As a result of using it for a week, I experienced less hair loss while washing, and I passed the clinical department of drying and combing. ^^. The itchiness has gotten a lot better
 
I chose champagne as my last bastion, but I'd like to recommend it after being satisfied
 
For me, in the morning, I did my styling to cover a hole in my hair, then I came home and washed it clean with pantine (first wash), and then I washed it three minutes after using Tamed shampoo
 
I think it's better to be mild. I used a botanical shampoo, but maybe because it's too mild, I lost a lot of hair due to lack of cleaning power If your scalp is dirty, it'll come off a lot
 
Anyway, try using pantine for the first shampoo and Tamed for the second shampoo
 
I think it's the best. For your information, I have 20 shampoos
 
It's the data I got from changing it because it wasn't good, so just keep that in mind
