I think I've been scammed. I ordered Tricom shampoo and tonic from Amazon Dotcom a month ago (a total of $104) but I'm not getting them. It's been more than 10 days since it was supposed to arrive. I sent an e-mail to the seller, and he told me to check with the customs office or the post office, so I sent him a transportation number, and he didn't reply even after checking the e-mail. How do I deal with this? I'm trying to complain, but I don't know where to do it to be effective... Can I do it on the CONSUMER PROTECTION BOARD or something? If you know, please give me an answer.
