Never use it~~ I don't know exactly when I use gel or spray (I've never studied there), but in my experience it's been incredibly bad... Especially in the case of sprays, if they come into direct contact with the scalp, it will be fatal for those of us with weak scalp...
 
If I have no choice but to use it, I have to wash my hair thoroughly..Thoroughly!!!
