[Hair Loss Shampoo & Tonic] I'd appreciate it if you could give me a little help

I'm 28 years old now. I haven't gone to the army yet. I think I'll be there in a few months.

As soon as I graduated from college, I went to work, and in the first year of my job, I didn't wash my hair well, I was stressed out, and then a year later, I went to graduate school, I was in a relationship... I lost a lot of my bangs, but I thought stress was the cause then.
So after grad school, I expected it to fly a little from last year when I got used to social life and stopped dating, but my bangs are getting clearer and I'm in big trouble if I don't brush all my hair back from now on.
It's usually thick with a lot of hair, and it's half-curly, so it's hard to cover it. Now, we are just accepting hair loss that started four years ago. The front forehead is about 1 centimeter backward, but it is very painful because the front forehead, which used to be not abundant, is now visible up to 5 centimeters.

The question I'm asking for help from my masters is that I want to know what prescriptions and treatments would be good for my current condition. For your information, I've never taken medicine or applied anything like this because it's minok.

My head is itchy so often, do I need to see a doctor for this? Even immediately after washing your hair, you get itchy even when you're rinsed and wet. In particular, the front and top of the head are severe. I wonder if it's because there's a disease on the scalp.
I'm only using a hair straightener shampoo right now. I can't scratch it because I'm afraid it'll fall out even if it's itchy, but if I tap it, my hair falls out because it's very thin, and the straight hair that's slightly thick but has lost its curls comes out together. The more itchy it is, the more hair you lose.
It's itchy like this, so if you tap it or scratch it a little, it's 10 when it's too much
About 40 fall out in an instant. Of course, if you scratch more and shake it off more, it will fall out more.
What's more serious is that if you scratch your head a little bit, white things gather in chunks on your nails. I don't know if it's dandruff or dead skin on my scalp, but I scratch the white one right after washing my hair, is this seborrheic dandruff?

I don't think there will be anyone to answer because I wrote it too long and distracted.^^ That's how many problems there are. Is there any shampoo or medicine that I should do?
It's my first time writing, so I'm not rambling. I'd appreciate your help.
