I'm a 48-year-old male who joined today (10/20)
My hair has been thinning since I was in my early 20s (probably?) and has continued to this day, but I'm not bald on the whole, and I don't look good because I have a lot of charcoal. I think the status quo has been going on for about 20 years, even though I keep losing a certain amount of hair when I shave three feet
I don't swallow, I wash my hair at the same time, and I do it in the morning
My skin is oily, so if I don't wash it for a day, it becomes like I put pomade on my hair and it's itchy
In my opinion, the number of hair is appropriate, so I think it will be solved if the thickness of my hair gets thicker, so is there a good way? Please give us a lot of advice
