It's been 10 years of hair loss. I've been taking it steadily for 2 years. It also worked to some extent.
Recently, I stopped smoking cigarettes that have been blooming for more than 15 years since about 3 weeks ago because I was in such a bad condition. But the amount of hair loss has decreased significantly since two weeks ago. When I wake up in the morning, I don't have a single hair that I always had 7 or 8 on my pillow, and the hair that was on my palm when I washed my hair has decreased a lot. I knew that smoking had a slight effect on hair loss, but I didn't know it would be this bad.
Has anyone had the same experience as me? Does this good phenomenon continue if you have one? Or is it going back to the old state?
Anyway, if you are worried about hair loss, you should quit smoking first.
