Shampoo base is generally stronger than soap base
If you shampoo with soap, you might not be able to cleanse completely
Conversely, if you wash your face with shampoo, it can irritate your skin.

I thought soap was more cleansing than shampoo until now..

But I don't know if this applies only to LUSH products.. Or I'm not sure if shampoo generally has greater cleaning power...
