It's good for hair loss
I ate a certain amount of seaweed, carrots, milk, eggs, and black beans every day..
2 sheets of seaweed a day
One glass of milk a day
2 eggs a day
Half a carrot a day
About 100 black beans a day??(laughs)
I ate almost six months as above.
At first, it seemed to have some effects. It's because it's a improvement in body shape.. It's not noticeable, but.. It's less easy to lose hair when you're shampooing
But the conclusion is. Food alone does not prevent hair loss.
Food + Alpha..
I think this alpha is important.
