1. High-quality multivitamin (Korean version of Centrom / V-food is always good!)

First of all, high-quality multivitamins are like V-foods made by Centrom or Korean yogurt
It's not just high price and low content, but it's sold on iHerb and other overseas nutritional supplements.
It refers to a high-content, high-quality multivitamin.

The best thing I've ever tried is the famous version of "No Iron" and
Sauce Natural's men's multivitamin, and the perfect family's multivitamin.

All three of the above are high in vitamins, minerals, and minerals, so they're different
You don't have to take vitamins (vitamin c or d), but one is okay.
