Last week, I shook off the Kerastaz oily shampoo recommended by my hairdresser after being pointed out about hair loss at the hair salon and eventually bought alpecine.
Before I bought it, I looked up the post here and learned about the uselessness of shampoo, but I couldn't let go, so I screamed with alfecin.

Originally, I had no hair and thin hair, so I had vague concerns about hair loss. If it wasn't for the sharp criticism from the hairdresser last week, I might still have been vaguely worried. Fortunately, I'm trying to be alert and overcome hair loss now.

I went to the dermatologist in the afternoon today. The doctor prescribed propecia and minoxidil. I didn't take a picture of the medicine because I heard about the side effects. Instead, I'm trying to gain by changing my lifestyle and shampoo (law). I don't know if it's going to work out, but I think this is the best for now. I'll ask a lot of questions here and learn from you from now on. Please help me
