I'm sure you all know how I came across the balm, so I'll skip it...
I ate 2:1:1 (60g : 30g : 30g) according to the ratio I saw on someone's blog. (Extract about 1L of the medicinal ingredients)
The symptoms of losing hair have improved a lot since I took the hairbrush, and it seems to get thicker as the hair grows little by little.
However, I have M and top hair loss at the same time, and the M part is not noticeable, but it seems to be improving little by little. I'm not sure yet, and I'm thinking of drinking at least three more months.
However, the top of the head seems to be in a state of seborrheic state with a lot of fever because the red scalp is still the same.
I don't just take hair tea, but I'm taking care of my body with exercise.
I'm doing 108 times in the morning and evening, and I'm reducing my body fat by doing bare body exercises (pull-up, push-up, lifelong stick dip). Of course, I've also reduced the amount of food. I lost about 6kg of exercise even before eating hair tea, and I think exercise and weight loss definitely help with hair loss. However, it's a trap that I haven't quit smoking yet.
I used to shampoo about once a day before I ate Balmocha, and after I ate Balmocha, I shampoo twice in the morning and evening.
It would be helpful to consider not only the concerns about hair loss but also the improvement of the constitution comprehensively.
I used to drink detox juice as a side note, but I'm busy now, so I can't do it, but it's true that it's helpful for metabolic activities (especially for smooth bowel movements). I think you can look at it as the concept of extracting toxins :) I'm going to take it again when I'm a little less busy.
At first, I bought herbs myself and ate them at home, but this was too hard and hard work.
It's an hour, an hour, and it's a month, and it's squeezed and stored again. I spent about a month at home and gave up.
Now, I have been introduced to Yakryeong Market to eat Tangjewon there. If you take the ingredients, you'll only get extraction. (I'm going there because it's not high-temperature and high-pressure extraction like normal places, but low-temperature extraction using a jar method, so I'm doing it because I think it's similar to home. Above all, it has the advantage of less effort to heat and eat at home, and it is individually packaged, so it is convenient to prevent spoilage, store, move, and consume.)
This was also a continuation of the experiment, but when I first got off, it was too soft, unlike the one I had to sweeten myself (50 bags in 2 hours)
The second time, I spent three hours, which was similar to the taste I had at home. (Three hours, 160 bags extracted, about 40 days.)
Next time, I'm going to try it for about 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Oh, I used to eat Eoseongcho in Korea at first, but it went up to a ridiculous price unlike when I first bought it, so I just use Chinese Eoseongcho. It's a bit uncomfortable, but I don't want to add it to the merchants' business. However, since the market price of green tea or leaf does not change much, the Yakryeong market directly selects and uses it in Korea.
The picture is taken every two weeks, but we will take it for about six months and compare whether it changes or not.
I hope it will be a little helpful to those who eat hair tea or those who are thinking.
ps. To advise those who want to start, eating at home takes more care and time than you think. It's hard to start with a strong will, so I hope you eat heartily and become proud ^^
