It's the first time I've taken so many nutritional supplements in my life to really do my best to prevent hair loss.
Below are the nutritional supplements and foods I eat:
MSM, L-Cystine, sopalmetho, milk thistle, beer yeast, red ginseng extract, collagen powder, green tea, pomegranate, omega 369 oil, caries and nutritious foods.
Of course I'm eating Professionalsia (I'm going to hang up for a while). Because of many side effects)
The nutritional supplements on top are good for the head, but there are many good parts in other places, so I'm going to try it for a long time.
