I'm in charge of Bonogen. We appreciate this kind of writing on our bonogen that can adversely affect sales.
 
1. It was announced in July last year. The Fair Trade Commission ordered the advertisement to be corrected "without an objective basis." You have to listen to the word objective grounds here. It's really hard to get an objective basis. What percentage of the 40 million Koreans should approve of to have an objective basis? 2. Regarding FDA approval
 
What we said was FDA approved is a misrepresentation, not an exaggerated advertisement. Our product has clearly completed the stability test at the FDA Research Institute under Southern California University and has a pass and all documents. However, when the advertisement went out, the phrase "FDA approval" should have been "passed by FDA stability standards." And FDA approval is a phrase that cannot be attached to products that have never been exported to the United States. Because FDA approval is a document that only imports require as customs procedures.
 
 
3. I don't want to break up the FTC, but just by their unflappable words, a lot of businesses in this land have gone bankrupt. Of course, the FTC's role is to investigate this, but I hope that it will always be the institution of the state that makes the presentation very carefully with fairness.
