He said that he almost lost his hair before, but he ate black beans for a year and is like this now..I can't imagine what I looked like before..Now my bangs are thick and I can't believe I was bald before..So I've been eating black beans for a month as he does it, and it's coming up on my bangs now...I can see it with my eyes..There's definitely a lot of little fluff coming up..Hahaha happy tears are about to blow...

Well, there are differences between people, but there are people who can eat it with natural remedies and people who can't...I think it's working...It's still subtle, but...
I heard that black beans and black sesame are a lot of hair loss...Oh, my God...Black beans were roasted, so I think it was seomoktae...Stir-fry it and grind it... Black sesame seeds are stir-fried, but lightly roasted so that they are not wet, and they rot well, so I eat them with a full spoon of milk or yogurt in the morning and evening...Isn't it a special way...I'm seeing some of the effects..Hah, hah, hah.
It's still an early symptom of hair loss, so I still don't hear that it looks like hair loss..But it's genetic, so I'm trying to prevent it...I hope you guys have a lot of effects..
I'll keep reading the situation and post it..
