[Hair Loss Shampoo & Tonic] People with seborrheic scalp, do you care about the ingredients of shampoo??

Hair loss is also hair loss, but my scalp is very sensitive, so I can't use any shampoo..
I used any mart shampoo well before I lost my hair
As I pay attention to hair loss, I avoid surfactants (sulfate, paraben) that are bad for my scalp as much as possible..
But since my scalp is oily, I'm looking for a shampoo that's good for cleaning because it's oily and has a pimple.. It's hard to find among natural shampoos..
I think the cleaning power is good when sulfate goes in..
I've heard so many times that sulfate is bad for my scalp that I can't buy sulfate shampoo prematurely..
I'm worried that my hair will lose more because my scalp is not good..

I'm curious if other people are buying shampoo after considering all the ingredients
And for those of you who have continued to use regardless of sulfate or such ingredients, is your scalp or hair loss okay?
