You all know that it's hard to expect hair growth just because you use hair loss shampoo.
It is a marketing method that targets the desperate feelings of patients in the early stages of hair loss
It's based on all kinds of clinical trial data and even lies about hair growth,
In fact, almost all people who have used it are disappointed.
The most appropriate shampoo for hair loss people is just mild shampoo.
When it comes to mild shampoo, it's wise to use shampoo with minimal irritant surfactants.

The order of toxicity of surfactants is
cationic surfactants > anionic surfactants > amphoteric ionic surfactants > nonionic surfactants

The order of stimulation of the surfactant is
Anionic surfactants >= cationic surfactants > amphoteric ionic surfactants > nonionic surfactants

Let me explain a typical surfactant with an example.
Anionic Surfactants:
Alkyl sulfate series - a dermatological definition of a irritating substance is a substance that can cause a visual reaction without a preceding sensitization reaction, or a substance that causes inflammation by a direct action on the contact area of the normal skin if sufficient strength or amount is applied for a sufficient period of time
- Ammonium lauryl sulfate (ALS)
- Ammonium lauresulfate (ALES)
- Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS)
- Sodium lauresulfate (SLES)

Anisotropic surfactant:
COCOBETAINS - Extracted from coconut but known to cause allergic reactions
- cocamido propyl betaine
- lauramido propyl betaine

So, what ingredients can I replace it with?

1. pure soap surfactants
- sodium (potadium) cocoate sodium coate
- sodium olivate sodium olivate
- Sodium (Potassium) palate sodium palate
- Ingredients marked with saponified + 00 oil (meaning pure soap)

2. Glucoside Surfactants (APG): Synthetic but very low harmful, good surfactants for use with natural surfactants considering various aspects such as performance and raw material blendability. (In reality, there is a limit to replacing only natural ones.)
- Desilglucoside
- Lauryl Glucoside
- capryl/capryl glucoside
- Coco Glucoside

I hope it's good information when you choose shampoo...

I'm sharing my hair loss story and what I'm currently doing with my treatment.
It's my own achievement, so just keep that in mind
