Vitamin B complex and biotin are good for nail and hair health, so I started taking them a while ago.

The nutritional supplement I bought is Nature Made B Complex + Biotin S

When I looked at the biotin content, it was 60 ug (microgram)

Usually, people who take biotin for hair growth take biotin 5000 (microgram) and 10000 (microgram)

Does that small amount of 60ug of biotin have no effect on hair growth?
