I didn't have hair loss until I was in my early 20s, but after I went to the army, the M-shaped hair loss started to get serious..
I'm not getting any medications or treatments like Propecia yet, but I'm just changing my shampoo...
After the hair loss process, the shampoo I've used until now
1. RyeoWyang Yoonmo Shampoo
2. Puppy hair shampoo
3.TS Shampoo
4. Ayunchae hair loss shampoo
5.DHT-X Shampoo
6. Polyzen Shampoo

I wrote it like this. I'm currently using Polyzen Plus shampoo.
To be honest, I realized that shampoo is only shampoo.
It doesn't seem to have no effect at all.I don't know if it's because of shampoo or eating habits
The polygene I'm currently using after Ayunchae definitely felt less oily and less hair loss.
Honestly, I think the answer to hair loss is medicine or hair transplantation rather than shampoo.
But I think it's definitely better for preventive purposes than using regular shampoo.
From now on, I think I'll only use Polyzen and Ayunchae.
