I'm a man in his mid-20s.
I'm currently working at a construction-related job after I returned from the military.
Construction site... You'll know roughly if you do it. I always wear a safety helmet
My head always itch and it's hard when I come in the evening, but recently, I had a dermatologist's appointment
My forehead is M-shaped and I'm currently working in the construction industry, so I was told to be careful that I might lose hair crying
(I've been losing a lot of hair lately every morning when I wash my hair, but I don't think I'm going to lose hair...)
Before that, I just picked up shampoo that I didn't know about my skin type and used it
From now on, I'm going to use shampoo to prevent hair loss
Not sure what shampoo to use...
As a result of the dermatologist's simple diagnosis
1. oily skin
(It's not yet an irritable dermatitis, but I heard that if you keep wearing a safety helmet and don't dye your hair well, you can fly.)
2. straight hair
(When you look at girls' hair, you know soft hair, right? I'm that type... The downside is that I have very little hair.)
3. I always have a feeling of oil on my head
4. Other than that, I didn't get diagnosed, but after 4 hours of washing my hair, my hair always gets chapped
Even if you wash your hair in the evening, your hair will appear bushy in the morning.
Anyway, it's my simple hair type..
Currently, I'm trying to prevent hair loss (I know that shampoo doesn't just prevent hair loss, it's a slight postponement)
I'd appreciate it if you could recommend a shampoo for oily skin that can be used!!
P.S. Actually, I lose my hair a lot these days, but I tend to wash it right away when I wash my hair with shampoo
Does this style have a big impact on losing hair??
