I'm not trying to advertise a single breath...
It's just my experience.
About three to four years ago, I was worried a lot about severe seborrheic dermatitis and hair loss.
My father is bald, so I've been paying attention since I was a little girl, and I didn't have a lot of hair originally, but when I woke up three or four years ago (when I was 25 years old) with that horribly itchy seborrheic dermatitis, my hair was falling out of my pillow, which was disgusting.
I've been to an oriental medicine clinic and a dermatologist, but I didn't make any progress at all, but after accidentally starting to take a single breath, the seborrheic dermatitis disappeared completely and my hair grew again.
Now that I think about it, hair loss also seems to worsen when the overall health of the body is poor.
It was quite stressful at the time, and I was doing writing self-defense every other day...
However, as my body became lighter and my resistance to stress became stronger, my mind became relaxed and my blood circulation was promoted, so I think I stopped hair loss, including seborrheic dermatitis.
I've tried various exercises, but there's no exercise that's good for your body.
I've tried swimming, tennis, jogging, and so on, but I have to wear a swimming cap and wash my hair again when I'm done, so it's a lot of pressure on the hair loss person...
Tennis is fun, so I still play it sometimes, but it's hard to do it in winter, and the balance of the body is broken a lot, just like all sports of the glove rackets.
Jogging is good without money, but it's very hard to do it consistently.
Danjeon breathing does not have any of these drawbacks and can take place anytime, anywhere in life.
However, the problem is that when you first start short-circuit breathing, you'd better go to an authorized institution to pay and learn.
If you say you're going to copy the book for no reason, your energy will be upset (often, you'll lose all your hair and you'll be sick)...
It's not a bluff, I'm saying this because I've been breathing danjeon for about three years.
I'm teaching danjeon breathing properly, but I think the danhak crew I go to is okay, and I think the national team is also okay.
In addition, Cheondo Seonbeop, etc., seems to have a strong pseudo...
One thing to note is that it is dangerous to go to small individuals, not groups that have been taught for a long time, such as Danhak crew and Gukseon.
In that case, there is a high possibility that if you go around, you will be forced to work quickly and get drunk. Then you can't even be responsible for that.
Danjeon breathing is good, but it's dangerous if you accidentally have side effects.
I came here for my younger brother, who has been suffering from severe hair loss these days, and the atmosphere is very good.
I think it's a place to truly share information with each other, especially with a person called the Great Escape.
Is it because we share the pain of sympathy???
In the left and right, I also get good information such as black beans, black sesame seeds, and sewage.
Making and eating this, not only hair loss but also good for your body, so should I make and try it too....
