Well, I don't have hair loss. I have thin and thin hair. That's why it didn't work. Instead, there were side effects. Acne...
I don't have any pimples at all, but I can't say it's 100% biotin, but I think I got pimples because of biotin. It's been about 2 years since I didn't take biotin and I'm still struggling with acne. I think it's better not to try it at all. This is my personal opinion of experience.
