I'm going to start with black beans.
I thought black sesame would be too expensive.
Mix kelp and two... (But how much beans and kelp do I need to buy to do about a month's worth at once? And do you stir-fry it in the mill?)
The way I'm going to do it is
1. I go to the agricultural cooperative.
2. I buy one to three black beans.
3.I also buy a kelp.
4. Bring it home and stir-fry it.
5. The kelp is soaked in water for about a day and dried.
6. Here we go. (Mixiru)
7 Eat it with milk. Three spoons at a time.
After a month of observation, write down the results. (Here)
Is this how you do it? ㅜ.ㅜ
