Drinking green tea cold is not very good for your health.Even if it's annoying, it's a good idea to boil it with 70-80 degrees of water for 2-3 minutes each time and cool it down a little. I posted about green tea below, so please read it.

If you go to Boseong, Jeollanam-do, which is famous for its green tea village, you have seen the villagers pick green tea leaves, put them in their mouths, and chew them. As far as I know, eating green tea directly is more effective than boiling it.
>
> The caffeine content of green tea is higher than that of coffee, but if you brew tea at a low temperature, only 60-70% of the caffeine in the tea leaves comes out, so caffeine green tea is much less in a glass than coffee. When comparing the caffeine content of a cup, tea is usually about 27mg, while coffee is 66mg, far more than green tea.

> In addition, in green tea, catechin and deanine, which are not contained in coffee, are combined with caffeine to make caffeine insoluble or inhibit its activity, so there is no side effect such as coffee. Seasonally, green tea grown in summer has a high caffeine content, and in the case of shading, caffeine increases.

>Caffeine of coffee and green tea is the same caffeine due to its composition structure. However, the caffeine content is different, and there is a big difference in the effect on the body. Instant coffee usually contains 3.3% of caffeine, usually 68-120mg of caffeine per cup, while green tea contains only about 1/3 of coffee, which is about 27mg of caffeine. In addition, the astringent catechin component that is not contained in coffee combines with caffeine to interfere with absorption in the body, and there are no side effects like coffee because the amino acid deanine inhibits caffeine's activity.

> Green tea has a very small amount of absorption in the body even if it contains caffeine, and rather reduces cholesterol, preventing high blood pressure or heart disease.
>
> Although green tea also contains caffeine, Japanese clinical studies show that it is effective in preventing low weight births if pregnant women continue to drink green tea even if they are pregnant due to low absorption in the body and high supply of minerals such as zinc.
> Therefore, it is recommended to boil green tea at a low temperature so that it contains as little caffeine as possible and cool down a little bit of water.
>
>And green tea contains only about 60% of the nutrients in the first sauce and 80% of the nutrients in the second sauce, so if you make the first sauce and throw it away, you won't feel the real taste of green tea. But don't make too much, and I think it's appropriate to make it 2-3 times and eat it. The second brewed taste is deeper than the first brewed 茶 taste, and the third 茶 taste is enough to savor the end taste. When boiling 茶 like this, you need to wait because you have to control the time well.

And there are some people who drink cold tea, but cold tea may have the side effects of making you feel cold and collecting walls.

> In addition, if the time difference is too long, the ingredients in the tea leaves are oxidized, weakening the taste and aroma, and oxidizing vitamins C, P, and amino acids, reducing nutritional value. To use tea bag green tea, make sure to boil tap water, cool it down a little, soak it in tea bag and drink it, and I think about 6 cups a day is appropriate. It is said that drinking 6 cups every day can prevent cancer. However, a Japanese study found that residents in areas with higher green tea drinking rates have lower cancer mortality rates than areas with lower green tea drinking rates does not mean that the amount we have to consume to prevent cancer is limited.
