Hello, everyone..
I've been eating garlic ever since I asked the Great Escape before. I think I eat grilled fish or something like jjang-a-chi during breakfast and dinner, on average, about five. I think it's been almost a month since I started eating it, I don't know if it's because of that or for some other reason, but I've strangely never had the same symptoms since I started eating garlic, when my face was burning and my ears were burning. Before that, I sometimes had symptoms of burning face and ear back at night.. It was very hot when I touched my face with my hands.. But now, it's cold, and when you come home for a long time, it's a little feverish, maybe because of the melting of your face, but other than that, your face doesn't have a fever. In the meantime, the only thing that has changed in my diet is that I started eating garlic.. Is this the effect of garlic?
And if it's the effect of garlic, I wonder in which constitution you can see this effect. Actually, I don't know exactly what my personality is.. His personality and body type are close to noise people, but noise people have weak digestive systems, but I've never had an upset stomach no matter how ignorant I eat.. In addition, I think my kidneys are weak. Anyway, is the improvement of my symptoms because of garlic? And if garlic has that effect in any constitution, I think it'll help a lot with hair loss.. Maybe that's why I feel that my hair has gotten a little better these days.. Anyway, I would appreciate it if you had a kind answer from the Great Escape.
