I'm looking into biotin and nutritional supplements to help hair growth after hair transplantation

Unless there is a major deficiency of biotin,
Is there a significant effect of consuming biotin that far exceeds the recommended amount, such as 5000 to 10000mcg??

I'd rather have a multivitro supplement with 300mcg biotin (this is also 10 times the recommended amount..)

What do you think?
Low content -> Change to high content biotin and if you've seen the effect, please let me know
