Hello, I'm mainly active in greenhair run by the Great Escape.
It's m, so I'm constantly doing natural therapy for hair growth in the front. For your information, the things I'm doing are as follows. The following is what I posted on greenhair a few days ago.

Well, it's already been three months. Two months of natural remedies (male, 29 years old, single, typical m) and then another month or so.

To tell you the conclusion, first of all, it has the effect of creating strength in the head. I think this is for sure. At some point, I felt like my head was falling down, but these days, it's almost gone. I cut my hair short, but I basically gained a little strength in my hair.
