I've taken Roacutan for acne and it definitely reduced my sebum - it's a problem because my lips are always chapped.

It's good because the sebum is reduced and the face and scalp are clean, but I've stopped taking it because it's artificial. (It's a prescription drug and it's excluded from medical coverage, so even if you eat two pills a month, it costs almost 40,000 won including the prescription.)

I heard that roacutane can cause hair loss as a side effect, so I wonder if it's okay to take it for a long time as a treatment for seborrheic scalp.
