Is a dum match categorized as a cosmetic?

What is that classification based on? Is it classified based on the description on the outside of the box?

> In my 12th year of hair loss, I got to know the DAEDAMO two years ago, so I often use the Daemo bulletin board.
>Sometimes I feel comforted by your honest experiences and useful information, and sometimes I feel sorry for them
>I've been getting a lot of help.

> I think the joint purchase of a great-grandmother called Dummatch has become a big topic on this bulletin board recently...
>As a current customs agent, I am not a member of the DAEDAMO, but I have gained a lot of help through the DAEDAMO.
>I can't just pass the pure humanity of the person named Hair loss Escape, so I'll give you some advice

>To put it simply, in order for this item to arrive at the airport and pass through customs, it requires a very complicated procedure because it is classified as cosmetics in the code classification table.
>First, from the US headquarters, a manufacturing certificate, a product composition analysis table, and a sales certificate...I'll get all the necessary documents from the Food and Drug Administration
>Request component inspection, and contract to entrust inspection with a company with a product inspection facility (cost-about 2 million won..)
>If you register as an importer, such as having to sign up, and don't go through the formal import procedure, you can't pass customs.
>Tariffs are not the problem. (About 8% in this case)
>
> Also, whether it's joint purchase or whatever... Under our current tax law, all are considered profitable activities from sales
> Regardless of whether you have business registration or not, you will be subject to tax collection... (Originally, about 1-2 internet sites)
>It's also illegal to sell it. In this case, it's not a punishment because it's a small amount, but until now, in Korea
>It's a little dangerous because it's not approved.)
>
> In the case of Korea, the goods ordered like this did not pass through customs, so a certain period of time was in the warehouse entrusted by customs
>There are so many cases where they are stored and returned to their home country.
>In this case, the headquarters rarely takes responsibility.
>Everyone doesn't take a closer look, but just screams and watches play a part...^^
>
> For hair loss escape, please check with the customs agent you know and proceed.

>For your information, even a small amount of overseas Internet orders may be caught by customs, so overseas Internet orders may be
>Whatever it is, you have to be careful. It's my first time posting it, so it's a little awkward...
