Customs doesn't deliver it.
For this reason, I receive a letter asking me to come somewhere and pick it up because it is being stored in customs.
Sometimes these letters don't come, and in that case, you need to know the international package's unique number to check it.
I also didn't get a bonus match, so I emailed the bonus match company to replace the parcel's unique number (such as the registration number when I sent the domestic package), and they replied that there was no such number and that they would send the product again for free.
