[Alopecia Areata] Posting the circular hair loss progress that began in May.

Hello, I'm leaving a post after a long time. : )

(The text below is a copy of what I've written so far.)

I am currently receiving treatment at Yonsei SebXX University Hospital's dermatology department, and the hair loss class, which used to reach 17
It can be said that it has decreased to about nine now.

Of course, the eight filled hair loss classes were not as filled as before the development of circular hair loss.

I couldn't go to the hospital once a month for two months because of work in September,
(As you know, if the college hospital is postponed, you have to wait at least a month before you see the doctor...)

At this time, I had a real fist-sized hair loss class on the back of my head, so I suffered a lot.
Now, 60% of the hair loss class the size of a fist seems to be filled.

You must also go to the hospital without skipping.
In particular, it seems that constant management of circular hair loss is the life.

In my case, if I let my guard down a little, it spreads right away;;;

Anyway, it doesn't spread due to frontal hair loss, so I'm wearing a partial wig.
The partial wig was fitted at ParkXX Wigd, but if you take care of it well, it's really not noticeable, so I wear it useful.

I'm still getting my hair done now, but sadly it doesn't seem to be 100% original...
And the hair loss class that was first discovered still doesn't have a head;;

According to the professor in charge, the hair follicle is in danger because this area was the most inflamed, and he said let's wait and see.

The methods I currently manage and prescription medications are as follows.
- Steroid medication once a day (it changed to once a day from this month)
- Hospital Prescribed Shampoo (Never Say XXX)
- Lactobacillus, vitamin D, multivitamin, magnesium
- Steroid ointment once a day
- When I dry my hair, I dry it with a fan and use an infrared dryer in the morning.

I hope you all will be proud, and I will post the progress report again.

It's still in progress... I'm now a four-month-old original hair loss.

I wrote last time, and I'm upset that I'm not getting any better so far...
Last time I wrote it, it was 7 in total, but now it's spread to 17....

I decide to fit a wig and I go around wearing a hat, asking for consent from the company until I fit it...

First, I will move to a university hospital, report for the first time, and next week, I will have my second treatment.
In the first treatment, I paid about 280,000 won for the blood test (suspected other diseases) + medical fee + Sampu...

When I go next week, the blood test results come out, so I'm a little scared..
By the way, even in university hospitals, steroid injections and steroid drugs are the same..

When I take steroid medication, I keep getting fever, and my scalp is hot;;
I lost more hair, so I haven't taken medicine since 3 days ago.
In fact, I've been losing a lot of weight even though I'm eating;;

Phew... Everyone, cheer up! I'll go ahead and post it again.

I wrote it once last time, and I wrote it again because I was frustrated.

* Discovered at the end of April
I found circular hair loss on the left side of the front.
At that time, it was the size of a fingernail, so it would heal quickly, so I passed by casually,
As one to two weeks pass, the hair loss class grows.
I went to the scalp clinic because I thought I was sick.(I don't know if circular hair loss is treated by dermatology...)

* early to mid-May
So, I spent a huge amount of 1.7 million won to scratch the six-month clinic with a card and received the clinic about three times.
Okay, the scalp care center, but the progress was not improved at all, so I found out that I had to get circular hair loss treated at the dermatologist through a portal site search, and I got a refund of 1.7 million won and started going to the dermatologist right away.

* End of May to end of June (present)
When I went to the dermatologist, I heard really detailed information about circular hair loss.
What's really ridiculous is... At the scalp clinic, the person who was proud to be the oldest director at the Okdu-ri care center did not do anything about circular hair loss given by the dermatologist..
I'm just saying that I'll get better if I take care of it... I was so dumbfounded...
This is why I thought that knowing is power.

That's why I'm being prescribed topical steroid injections and anti-inflammatory kruben in the hair loss class at the dermatology department and treated for a month.

But... at the end of April, the size of one hair loss class became the size of a golf ball, and there were four around the large hair loss class,
Two more were formed on the back of the head, forming a total of seven hair loss classes.

I have a total of 6 additional hair loss classes in a month, so I really feel like I'm losing 200 strands a day...

And the signs of abnormalities in the body are burning up around the neck, and the scalp is heated up.
I've got blush on my face...
Maybe it's because the heat is concentrated in the stomach, and the blood circulation is not working, and the inflammatory cells in the blood continue to attack the hair follicles..
(I'm writing now, but a strand is falling off.);;;;;)
And when the alopecia form, there's a little bit of irritation in that area..
The atmosphere that's been stimulated! I have a hair loss class;;;

If it's because of a fever, I'd like to go to an oriental clinic for treatment,
I'm going to go to my dermatologist a little more and then move to a university hospital in early September..

It's really hard, and when I can't cover it, I'm going to wear a half buzz cut, wear a wig, and focus on treatment...
Is there anyone who has circular hair loss in my case?

Then, I wonder what kind of treatment you receive and what kind of wig you wear.
The wig...I heard there are many kinds
